Assist transporting guests on or off property as needed.

  • Provide guest room and LLR property tours as needed.

  • Provide comprehensive information and coordinate guests requests.

  • Collect information on resort activities, sporting events, places of interest transportation and tours.

  • Assist in organization of special event and holiday weekends and disseminating information to current and future guests.

  • Run resort errands as needed.

  • Make room deliveries as needed.

  • Keep lobby clean.

  • Keep front walk clean.

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.

  • Drive guests to and from Lake Lawn, Chicago and Milwaukee airports.

  • Drive guests to local recreational facilities.

  • Answer bellstaff telephone.

  • Familiarize guest with resort room and facilities and resort services.

  • Greet guests and assists them to their rooms with luggage at check-in.

  • Checks the condition of the room, shows features to the guests.

  • Attends pre-shift and staff meetings.

  • Assists guests, upon request, from room with luggage at checkout.

  • Conducts inventory and re-stock all pamphlets and literature.

  • Performs scheduled van runs on time to/from designated locations.

  • Punches in and reports to the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Supervisor on time and in full uniform for each shift. Obtains Manager’s approval prior to punching out.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or Front Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years or older

  • Needs to have a valid drivers license

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

The position is indoors; and is exposed to wet, hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time on their feet.
