To service guests with food and beverage on and off the golf course.

  • Obtain and verify bank and open register or cash drawer.

  • Obtain food and beverage order.

  • Prepare menu items

  • Prepare alcoholic beverages.

  • Serve guest order.

  • Collect and process cash/change.

  • Close out register, count bank and balance.

  • Perform opening and closing liquor inventories daily or per shift to verify sales.

  • Fill and forward daily food and beverage supply requisitions.

  • Maintain clean working area.

  • Stock and keep kitchen service area organized.

  • Clean and wipe down counters, tables, chairs, etc.

  • Mop and wax floors in kitchen as needed.

  • Maintain sanitary working conditions at all times.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Mgr. of Golf Operations and/or Director of F&B.

Qualifications

  • Previous bar/waitstaff experience preferred, but not necessary

  • Experience with Point of Sales (POS) system

  • City of Delavan Bartender's License

  • Must be at least 18 years or older

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

The position is outdoors and indoors; and is exposed to wet, hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time on their feet.
