To keep linen rooms stocked and the removal of soiled linens from floors to keep the room attendants free to continue working on the guestrooms.
Stock and maintain service carts.
Empty service carts of dirty linen and garbage as needed.
Vacuum hallways and stairs in assigned areas.
Separate dirty laundry and take to assigned area.
Stock all linen rooms in assigned areas with clean laundry, amenities, stationary, etc.
Removes soiled linen from the floors to the linen room.
Removes trash and debris from the floors and brings it to the compactor.
Deliver and retrieve any cots, cribs, refrigerators or other special guest requests.
Sweep patios and wash windows of rooms in designated areas.
Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses as assigned.
Respond to guest requests, needs and changes and relay guest comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive Housekeeper and/or Inspector.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not necessary
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. May be asked to climb or balance and kneel/crawl when needed. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
The position is indoors and outdoors; and is exposed to hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time on their feet.
