What You’ll Do:

• Tackle basic repairs: fix disposals, clear clogs, repair faucets, and more

• Perform routine maintenance inside units and around the property

• Care for our grounds: mowing, weeding, trash removal

• Assist with general upkeep to ensure everything is safe, clean, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on skills in basic maintenance/handyman tasks

• A dependable, detail-oriented work ethic

• Good communication and teamwork skills
